The reception staff were welcoming and professional. The hotel seemed clean, had good security, and a restaurant for breakfast. Easy to order Uber, as well.

The location and the room was honestly really good! It felt like a good place to stay! Besides, a very good amount of restaurants and other places are really nearby!

Location is decent--not for tourist sights, but if you need to be in CDMX for work, you probably will want to stay in Santa Fe, The fitness center was decent, and the wifi was good. People were friendly.

All was good in general just the kitchen and the morning staff in the breakfast unorganized, I wanted 1 hour for my breakfast and I couldn’t enjoyed it at the restaurant

breakfast was very good , the gym and the swimming pool, the room is large and comfortable, the cleaning. The location near the plaza and offices.
